1/27-3/7/25: This last month has been focused on getting back in shape and healing post-surgeries and sickness, and a lot of medical coordinating and headaches (literally and figuratively). I’m finally feeling good enough to get back into more exercise after one more surgery on 2/27 (tooth extraction and bone grafting), which went surprisingly well. I’m getting ready for a week long trip to Denver for more medical stuff and family/friend time!

12/17/24-1/26/25: feeling disconnected after 3 surgeries followed by 2 weeks of bronchitis, now getting back in the groove of regular appointments and getting back in shape (plus specific recovery needs for surgery healing), another surgery coming up in April, lots of moving pieces!

11/6-12/16: lots of travel for medical needs and the lawsuit; three surgeries in three weeks to remove symptomatic hardware in my arm, ankle, and face

9/30-11/5: continued recovery and evolving medical explorations, 2 year accident-iversary, lots of going going going!

8/30-9/29 - closing out summer with fun get-togethers and celebrations, lots of moving parts and continued recovery/appointments, next steps for MRI results, teeth emergencies

7/17-8/29 - lots of moving parts and continued recovery/appointments, new MRI results, unexpected life happenings

6/28-7/16 medical and other updates, fun trips and connecting with people this summer

5/7-27 mediation prep, continued appointments and next steps, upcoming vacation

4/13-5/6 eye surgery healing, knee and hip pain, new providers, more activity, meditation prep

4/7-12 eye surgery healing, orthopedic updates, mouth progress

3/25-4/6 more new drs, eye surgery update, bday

3/8-24 more new drs, getting sick and staying home, taking care of myself…

2/16-3/7 new drs and specialist referrals, family visits, adventures, and ongoing pain/recovery

1/29-2/15 continued mouth progress, eye surgery #2 scheduled, new specialists being considered, growing stronger

1/20-28 updates including oculoplastic surgeon, neck evaluation and conflicting opinions, and general happenings

1/6-19 updates, focused on jaw surgery progress (cleared to chew!), the deposition, grief, and other happenings
