Donating money is the biggest thing you can do to help, if you are able.

While it feels uncomfortable to ask, general support towards living costs and to help cover lost income would be immensely helpful.

• Tracy has not had the capacity to work since the accident over 17 months ago, and at this time is unsure when she will be able to resume working. She applied for disability benefits in Feb 2023, and as of Jan 2024 has heard it will take another 3-6 months before she knows if she is approved. She continues to fight with insurance to cover needed care.

We also know there are other specific things we need help paying for, such as:

• Tracy will have extensive ongoing follow-up and care needs including facial and oral/dental reconstruction (*trigger warning* click to see her post-injury facial imaging if you wish, it is intense).

• Tracy is seeing over 10 providers on a regular basis.

• Patrick continues as GM of Hotel Luna Mystica, though working now only 3 days/week, and even still has to take time off regularly to support Tracy's care needs and appointments 

• We have needed to make home improvements for accessibility and healing.

• While in recovery, money through food delivery services like UberEats is a helpful resource when we don't have time or energy for cooking. We are navigating a lot of appointments, coordinating care, and managing evolving needs. We are also often in Albuquerque and enjoy picking up food on the road.
